"I have been with State Farm for many years and used various offices for my insurance needs. I want to give a shout-out to Jocelyn at this particular office. I’ve been trying to resolve a couple of claims and Jocelyn has been so helpful and great to work with. She makes the phone calls to get things done, she follows up with me in a timely manner to communicate the solution and then she follows up to make sure the issue was fully resolved to my satisfaction.
